Privacy Policy

The short version
Anpa is early-access, business-to-business software for running course and coaching programs. This policy explains what we collect from people who join our waitlist, visit anpa.run, or — once a program signs up — use Anpa to run their operations. We don't sell personal data, and we don't share mobile opt-in data with third parties for marketing.
What we collect
Waitlist and contact information
When you request early access we collect your name, work email, organization, what tools you currently run, and anything you choose to tell us in the optional message field. If you opt in to product updates, we use your email to send them. We use this information to evaluate fit, follow up about early access, and — with your consent — keep you posted on Anpa's progress.
Cookies and analytics
anpa.run uses a small number of cookies and an analytics tool (Google Analytics) to understand how the site is used. These are gated by the cookie consent banner shown on your first visit: analytics only run if you accept. You can change your choice at any time by clearing your cookies and reloading the site.
Admin and operational data (for customers)
Once a program becomes a customer, Anpa stores the operational data needed to run their registration, payments, live classes, audience segmentation, and lifecycle email and SMS — for example contact records, enrollment and payment history, message delivery logs, and consent records. This data is controlled by the customer program and is covered by our Terms of Service and, where applicable, a separate data processing agreement.
Why we collect it
- To evaluate and respond to early-access requests.
- To operate and improve anpa.run and the Anpa product.
- To send product updates, only to people who opt in.
- To run the day-to-day operations of a customer's course or coaching program (registration, payments, scheduling, messaging).
- To meet legal, security, and compliance obligations, including keeping evidence of consent choices.
Subprocessors
We rely on a small set of vendors to run Anpa. Each one only receives the data it needs to perform its function.

How long we keep data (retention)
We keep data only as long as it's useful for the purpose it was collected for, or as required by law. Our default retention windows are:

These are our proposed retention windows; we'll update this table if we change them.
Mobile opt-in and SMS
If you or your program's contacts opt in to receive SMS messages through Anpa, that opt-in and the associated consent record are used only to send the messages you asked for and to prove consent if ever asked. Mobile opt-in data and consent are not shared with or sold to third parties for marketing purposes.
Your choices
- You can decline analytics cookies from the consent banner at any time.
- You can ask us what data we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it, subject to what we're required to keep for legal or accounting reasons.
- You can unsubscribe from product update emails using the link in any email.
- You can opt out of SMS at any time by replying STOP.
